With the recent spread and concern of COVID-19 we wanted to make you aware of some changes that you may notice during your upcoming appointments.
During all appointments our technicians will be wearing proper safety gear including full respiratory masks as well as gloves. This is meant as a safety precaution put in place to protect our customers and our technicians.
For existing customers, while our technicians are on site at your appointment, we ask that you allow the technicians to work individually unless accompanying them to identify problem areas or areas of concern with your property.
In an abundance of caution, we are limiting our handling of cash or check as an option of payment where possible. We have set up an online payment portal: Lawngateway.com/FirstChoicePestControl (you will be prompted to register if this is your first time accessing the portal).
Finally, in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers and technicians, we are staying compliant with CDC guidelines and taking the necessary precautions. We are asking our customers to be compliant with those guidelines as well and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms or not feeling well. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
