I called First Choice Pest Control this past fall about a program I was having with bees that had infested the overhang of my house. He came out and explained what he was going to do and went right to work. Well, that one application was enough to get rid of all the bees. I was so pleased with their work I’ve decided to use their whole house programs.

This company is amazing. I have their “Summer Spray” program that is April-October. Monthly sprays are on time, fast, professional, and courteous. They pay attention if I’ve noticed problem areas or possible nests. Twice now I’ve had bug “emergencies” outside the normal monthly spray. First, ants coming through the window in my kitchen. I asked them to come and re-spray around the window and I would take care of the inside. Within 24 hours I had a tech at my door. The tech that showed up said that wasn’t good enough and sprayed some areas inside my kitchen as well, free of charge. Today, I was sitting on my porch and noticed a wasp nest starting on my eaves. I called and less than 30 mins later had a tech here to spray. I cannot say enough good about First Choice other than that they really should be your first and only choice.

Hearing noises in the attic while falling asleep is nothing anyone wants to experience! Unwanted "guests" crawling around! If this happens to you, make sure you hire First Choice Pest Control as your ONLY pest control company! They were EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Tim, at the office, was very calming while I was on the phone with him in a panic and asked numerous questions to determine what rodent/insect/animal might be in the attic. Within 24-hours, the service technician, Charles, was on-site, inspecting what was going on. We were truly impressed with his work-ethic; especially texting us that he was on his way so that we didn't have to take time off of work to get this situation taken care of! We thought that the noises were from chipmunk, squirrels, or mice...when in fact, it was BEES! Charles took care of the entire situation along with showing us how the critters were entering the house & what we could do to prevent them from re-entering. Finally, the bill ended up being far less than we had anticipated. I would and AM recommending First Choice Pest Control to all my friends, family, and neighbors! You will be extremely satisfied with their work!

We have had a great experience with this company. After all the rain we were finding carpenter ants in the house like crazy. After their first application the ants were almost completely gone. They told us to wait approximately two weeks and if we saw any others to give them a call. They came back out a second time… No questions asked. Charles came out both times .... What a great guy!

I have been a customer of First Choice Pest Control for at least five years. In fact, when we moved from Grand Blanc to Durand, I checked right away to be sure they serviced the Durand area! At our last house, wasps/hornets/etc were a major problem- nests on the house, nests in the ground, nests on anything that remained still long enough for a nest to be built. We were not able to enjoy our pool because of these aggressive creatures, and we had to be so cautious with the kids in the yard. Mosquitoes were also a major nuisance. There were so many you couldn't stand still outside and didn't have enough hands to swat them all. Roger and his crew took care of ALL of it, and we were able to enjoy the yard again. We have had them from the start at our new house and continue to be pleased with their service. I really appreciate their willingness to come out between the monthly visits if we do notice a problem, like a wasp nest starting, etc. And, with an annual spring & fall treatment inside of the house & basement, I have no issues with spiders, box elder bugs, etc. in our 100+ year old home. First Choice is affordable, and the service is first-class. Plus, seeing the same person come out gives me peace-of-mind. I recommend them whenever the opportunity presents itself.
